Important Forms to Return to School

There are some paper forms coming home with students starting September 19 – our Student Verification Forms (blue colour) will be sent home to ensure that we have up to date contact information; as well as a new form, the Student Reunification Form (orange colour, 1 per family), which will be kept on site in the case of a major emergency. Please keep an eye out for both of these important forms that we need you to fill out and return by next week.

Please also complete in schoolcash by September 26:

• Off Grounds (whole school, current year)
• Photo/Media Consent (whole school, once at school level starting this year)
• Extracurricular Athletics Consent and Participation Agreement Gr. 4/5 (if not received prior)
• Request for Email Address Consent (Ks & if not received prior)
• Kindergarten school supplies: $44.14 ea.
• Gr. 1-5 School Planners for Div. 5-11: $5.50 ea.
