Tri-Traditional Soccer Cup 2025

Auguston will be participating in the Tri-Traditional Soccer Cup this year along with King Traditional and South Poplar Traditional Elementary Schools.

Date: Thursday, November 6th Time: 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM 

Location: Abbotsford Traditional School (ATS) gym *Students will need INSIDE shoes, not cleats

Address: 2272 Windsor St, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6M1

Participating Grade 4/5 students: We are allowed a maximum of 11 players per team – based on how many students can attend we will make 1-2 teams of 11 each.

Game Format

  • Structure: 7 v 7 plus a goalie
  • Substitutions: 3 subs per team, allowed during stoppage time
  • Game Duration: 25 minutes total (10-minute halves + 5-minute halftime)

Schedule

  • Game 1: 3:20 – 3:45 PM
  • Game 2: 3:50 – 4:15 PM
  • Game 3: 4:20 – 4:45 PM
  • Championship Trophy Presentation & Team Photo: 4:55 PM

Tournament Format: Each team plays 3 games (win = 2 pts, draw = 1 pt, loss = 0 points)

Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the games, and parents are required to stay. Please complete consent in schoolcash by Nov. 3 for your child to attend the tournament.

We will have practices Tuesday and Thursday, Nov. 4 & 6, at lunch (after the eating time) leading up to the tournament.
