Choral Festival

Auguston Choir Participants will attend a Choral Festival on Wednesday, February 11.

Students are asked to pack a snack in their pockets. Please have your child dress in choir attire for the day, so that they are ready to leave the school when they are called upon. This includes a black shirt, black pants/leggings/skirt and black shoes (if possible).

Students will travel by school bus leaving Auguston at 9:15am, arriving at Abbotsford Arts Centre by 9:35am (in order to be seated by 9:50am). The festival takes place from 9:50-11:45am. Students will be leaving Abbotsford Arts Centre just after 11:45am, to arrive back at Auguston by 12:05pm.

We need parent volunteers! If you are interested in joining us on the field trip, please indicate so in schoolcash. Mrs. Chow and/or Mrs. Preiss will contact you prior to the field trip to confirm. All other parents are welcome to join us at the theatre!

This is a teaching event. Auguston choir will be performing along with other schools, but it is not a concert.

The Choral Festival is at NO cost to students. Please complete consent in schoolcash by Friday, February 6.
