Grade 5 Celebration

Hello Grade 5 Families,

We are getting excited for our Grade 5 Grad Celebration on June 19 and are looking forward to celebrating this special milestone with our students!

We are still waiting on RSVP responses from several families. To help us with food planning, seating, and event logistics, we ask that every family complete the form: Grade 5 Celebration – Fill out form, even IF your child will NOT be attending.

We have also had a few families mention that they didn’t get a chance to contribute through SchoolCash Online. For those who were still hoping to donate, SchoolCash Online will remain open until Friday June 12th, 6pm.

* Please note * When completing the RSVP, please make sure all sections are filled out. If a question does not apply to your family, please enter “N/A” rather than leaving it blank.

Please include:
• Student name
• Attending or not attending
• Number of adults attending (maximum of 2)
• Any allergies or dietary concerns
• Optional song request (must be available on Spotify and contain no explicit lyrics)

***We have received a few submissions without a student name, including one that listed allergies. If you think this may have been your form, please fill out the form again or email the school office: auguston@abbyschools.ca so we can make sure we have the correct information for your child.***
