Call for Nominations for PAC Exec
It is that time of year our Executive PAC Team does a call for the 2026-2027 positions.
Annual General Meeting May 27th, 7PM @ ATES in the Library Learning Commons Room. *Note: Nominees must be in attendance to be voted in*

Treasurer: VACANT (As per PAC guidelines this position is mandatory for a PAC to operate)

Hot Lunch Co-Ordinator: Amy Lamnouar
Member at Large: Cynthia Lambert
DPAC Rep: VACANT
* Please note even if a nomination is already posted, anyone is welcome to put their name forward!*
*Treasurer - Maintain an accurate record of all expenditures of the PAC, as well as year to year. Report balances and ins and outs of the General and Gaming accounts at the General meetings. With the assistance of the Executive, draft a Budget for the school year to be presented and voted on at the AGM.
*Assistant Treasurer - Assists the Treasurer with day to day tasks and accounting. Assists in collection, counting and deposits, and writing cheques.
*DPAC Rep - Attends all DPAC meetings. Represent Auguston Traditional PAC at the DPAC General Meeting. Report back to Auguston Parents at our General Meetings.
*Fundraising Chair - Coordinate all PAC fundraising activities and keep apprised of the financial status of fundraisers. Be responsible for the recruiting fundraising committee members. Present fundraising campaigns with the PAC general meetings to be voted approval. Be responsible for communication to students and parents participation in campaigns.
