Div. 10, 13, 14 & 15 to Willband

On Tuesday, April 30, Div. 10, 13, 14 & 15 classes will travel by school bus to Willband Creek Park. The purpose of the field trip is Science - observation of seasonal changes, adaptations of local plants and animals.

School bus schedule

• Div 13 and 15 leave school at 9:15 am and leave Willband creek at 11:15 am.
• Div 10 and 14 leave school at 10:15 am and leave Willband creek at 12:45 pm.

Students need to be dressed for the weather. If it is raining, rain pants or a muddy buddy and an umbrella are recommended. The field trip will proceed rain or shine. 

Please complete consent in schoolcash by Thursday, April 25. The Go Grant provided by the Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation covers bussing costs for the trip, some binoculars and an honorarium for a guide from the Abbotsford Mission Nature Club.

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed to accompany students on the bus. Please indicate your request to volunteer in schoolcash and your participation will be confirmed by your child's teacher. Volunteers MUST have the appropriate paperwork valid for the current school year and an approved criminal record check (CRC lasts 5 years).
